How we work

We tend our vines with the knowledge that great wines are born in the fields and not in the wine cellar. The favourable and well-exposed location of our vineyards, on the Asolo and Montello slopes, at an average altitude of 350 meters, is particularly suited to the production of grapes of the highest quality.
Indeed,it is in the vineyard that we start to characterize the style of the wine ( notwithstanding any adverse growing conditions) by restricting the yield per hectare, hand picking the grapes and selecting only fully mature bunches for pressing.
The high standard started in the vineyard is maintained through to the transportation stage, packing the grapes exclusively in 15kg perforated baskets.
In all of our vineyards we follow sustainable winegrowing practices. We first and foremost respect the vines and their qualitative and productive characteristics. At every vintage, nature delivers us a great bounty and we invest similar efforts in taking care of its fruits by tending the vines with knowledge and awareness. We understand our wines are not identical from vintage to vintage, so we express their characters with respect to nature and our customers needs.

The winery is opened to the public every day. You may taste andpurchase the wines from our production; all major credit cards are accepted.
