A great end interesting diversity of nuances characterizes the grapes selection for this peculiar Prosecco Asolo obtained from Glera grapes grown in different soil types and microclimates of the Asolo area.
This is a Prosecco of great complexity, floreal, delicately fruity, with nice intensity on the palate. With a creamy, elegant perlage, this Prosecco is very versatile and drinkable.

In stainless steel tanks with short criomaceration on the skins.

Vinification: Whole clusters with soft pressing.

Total acidity: 5,60 g/l.
Sugar: 16,00 g/l.
Alcohol: 11,00 % in vol.
Total sulphite: 118 mg/l.


The winery is opened to the public every day. You may taste andpurchase the wines from our production; all major credit cards are accepted.

Monday to Friday: 08.30 - 12.30 and 14.30 - 19.00.

Saturday: 08.30 - 12.30 / closed afternoon.
