Prosecco Asolo DOCG Superiore Millesimato Brut

This precious  Superiore Brut version comes from a designated selection of the best Glera grapes grown on Asolo high hills with sun-kissed privileged position. This Prosecco is obtained from first choice selected grapes, which enhances the clean mouth-feel and the fresh fragrances. Along with fruit tones of golden apple and pear, it offers plum and white flowers. Balanced, mineral, polished and extremely clean.

Soil:

Medium deep, sandy-clayey-pebbly subsoil, good drain off to rain water.

Fermentation:

In ironsteel tanks with controlled temperature 

Vinification: Whole clusters with soft pressing
Sparkling process: 40 days
Total acidity: 5,50 g/l.
Sugar: 7,00 g/l.
Alcohol: 11,50 % in vol.
Total sulphite: 115 mg/l.

Hospitality

The winery is opened to the public every day. You may taste andpurchase the wines from our production; all major credit cards are accepted.

Entry to our cellar is free, our opening hours are :

Monday to Friday: 08.30 - 12.30 and 14.30 - 19.00.

Saturday: 08.30 - 12.30 / closed afternoon.
