Sogno - Champenoise Method

A great and original intuition was born from the intimate knowledge of a raw material of the highest quality such as Manzoni Bianco: creating a unique, authentic and unprecedented Metodo Classico. Produced in small quantities, at an altitude of 350 mt., it is the original expression of an extraordinary grape variety with a great potential.

The zero dosage makes zero compromise in order to enhance grape variety and terroir the most; after a 36-month refining on the lees, it sparkles with a beautiful, rich straw yellow; the perlage is very fine and creamy, with a lively acid start together with an unexpected sapidity. Notes of almond, bread crust, grapefruit, peach, citron characterise the palate.

Years of study and heartfelt experiments have taught us that passion can make dreams come true. This is a proof of it.

Hospitality

The winery is opened to the public every day. You may taste andpurchase the wines from our production; all major credit cards are accepted.
