Bordeaux blend obtained from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc aged for over 24 months in large oak barrels. On the nose it expresses itself with a great concentration of dark fruit, black cherry and plum jam, blond tobacco, undergrowth, propolis and beeswax and a hint of blood. The sip is austere, but with incisive freshness, with a well-defined and complete tannic texture . Long and slightly saline progression. Excellent with meat dishes and mature cheeses.
