Wines Sold On This Site

This site sells wines produced directly from the Cirotto farm.
When ordering, the wines are carefully placed in safety packaging and shipped by courier.
The photo of the bottles is indicative and the label can be changed from that presented on the site.
The wines in the catalog are always available, in case of unavailability of one of the wines ordered we will contact you promptly; you can cancel the order and immediately receive a refund as paid or you can change the order by entering wines available for delivery.
The purchase of our wines is allowed only to people over 18 years of age.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs are fixed and amount to € 9.50 (VAT included) to which an additional contribution of € 4.00 must be added for the following areas: Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria, Venice, Elba Island and Ischia. For orders over € 120, the shipping costs are free. Normally the wine is carefully packed and shipped in 1-2 working days and delivered by the express courier in 24/48 hours in working days. Unless expressly requested, we avoid shipping on Thursdays and Fridays to prevent the wine from stopping in the courier’s depots.
Shipping is ALWAYS FREE for orders of at least 120 Euros.
To track an order, simply enter the personal panel, in the “Orders” section and view the status and path of a package, from the manufacturer to delivery. Once an order has been placed, it is no longer possible to change the shipping address. If the order has not yet been sent, you can correct or change the delivery address at any time: just click on your name at the top right in the section dedicated to the site header and access your personal data panel.

Privacy and Security
All information relating to the payment of an order is encrypted to ensure the highest degree of security. Furthermore, your personal data on masomartis.it are protected to avoid any kind of abuse.

Returns

If for some reason one or more bottles should have arrived damaged at your address, contact our customer care immediately at info@cirottovini.com and explain the extent of the damage. We will respond and resolve the problem as soon as possible. In the event of damaged goods, we may request the return of the bottle and the sending by email of a photo or video with the description of the damage in order to avoid similar problems in the future.
In case of damaged goods it is necessary to follow the procedure below to be reimbursed:
– send by e-mail no later than 14 days from receipt of the package the request for reimbursement and the reason for the same
– no later than 14 days from the communication of the intention to return, send the goods you wish to return to the address: AZIENDA AGRICOLA CIROTTO via Bassanese, 51 31011 ASOLO (TV) / ITALY

The prices shown include VAT and other taxes.

Rates

Cirotto farm orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Shipping costs are fixed (€ 9.50 + additional contribution of € 4.00 for the following areas: Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria, Venice, Elba Island and Ischia) and include VAT and taxes. Free shipping is also provided for orders over € 120.
All delivery information, tax details as well as shipping destination will be displayed in the cart. The bottles will be shipped in suitable packaging to ensure their safety. All packages are delivered by BRT. Please note that delivery times are only indicative and are calculated from the day of shipment. Cirotto farm does not assume responsibility for any delays, but undertakes to minimize any inconvenience.

Traceability of the order

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail containing all the details of your purchase. f you would like further information, do not hesitate to get in touch with us. The shipment is made within 24 hours from the order date for products available for immediate delivery. As soon as the package is delivered to the courier, its electronic traceability begins and the day of arrival is estimated.

Billing

In the payment form there is a flag “Request invoice”. By activating it, the invoice will be issued.
