A Manzoni Bianco that is surprising in many ways, thanks to the Costalunga vineyard, located on a high hill with full sun exposure and helped by the soil rich in calcareous clay and marl. The position of the vineyards at the foothills of the Prealps contributes to significant temperature excursions, giving to this Manzoni Bianco a strong aromatic concentration on the skins, which is naturally transmitted to the wine. A few years of bottle refining will enhance its maturation.

Try it with: sliced duck breast with chestnut honey and candied orange, escalope of guineafowl with porcini mushrooms.
